Goofy stars in his own prime-time network TV special. The special used vintage theatrical shorts from the 1940s and 1950s in which Goofy tries his hand at various sports. LA Lakers' announcer Chick Hearn narrated. The show climaxed with an all-new 20-minute short named "Sport Goofy in Soccermania."
